I would say thats pretty good, im running it -20 on few cores and -26 on the others with AutoOC +200, you should check for WHEA errors too (if you are running high IF).

Edit: Try testing with CoreCycler too ,it detects per core instability, sometimes it worked fine for me with OCCT but not in CC and had to change to CO for the respective core.
0 WHEA Errors in 8 hours of testing (not fully 8hours full test but ive been testing since 12pm)
Core Cycler i have the Usage bug and turning the Flag on for the fix just makes it work regardless

weird.
Ihave now run this for 20mins about 5 times now in a row. Nothing.
Is it stable? What do you guys think.
I testedwith Auto Voltage and Clocks and im now gonna limit it back to 4.6Ghz and 1.25V. Will it still work? Im daily driving -20 on all of em.

Yep MW2 just froze on me after about an Hour of gameplay.

Can someone explain what putting co at -20 on few cores and -26 on the others and AutoOC +200 does on games and overall!?

You can be GPU limited , check your GPU usage at the same time.

What MB you have? On MSI you can find it under OC - Advanced CPU configuration.
I'm limited by a 3070ti lol.. I have a MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk mobo

CO aka curve optimizer is a option to undervolt your CPU , the idea behind it is that your CPU will run cooler with less voltage but not all CPUs / cores are the same, some can work with lower values than others.
AutoOC will increase your maximum boost clocks by up to 200mhz if your CPU is capable and thermals are low enough.
One thing to know is that CO will take different values with and without AutoOC or if you change autooc value, higher autooc values can lead to less undervolt and higher thermals, you need to find the sweet spot for your CPU.
With those settings my CPU is boosting to 4800 4850 in games and 4600 4650 cinebench allcore on air cooling (depending on the room temp) , i dont play many games so i cant tell you if there is an important difference or not in performance.

Where do you enable c states in bios?

It could change nothing, make things faster, slower, or unstable. No one can answer questions like this.

Well yes, you could easily be GPU limited by that in certain games, especially anything with RTX.

And try and state the full motherboard name and not something that covers an entire series of boards post your full system specs so people helping dont have to hunt through your post history to help you

Try with AVX2 instruction set instead of SSE. Similar to the pic below. 30 min to 1 hour test. If it passes this OCCT stress test and Y-cruncher 2.5B then I would say that system is stable. This OCCT test automatically detects WHEA errors as well.

Used this thread to fix a randoms issues from FB

He'd used curve optimiser because The Internet(TM) said to, but that enabled PBO and ran 140W through a board that chokes at 100W
Copied the efficient settings from the OP for a 5800x onto his 5950x, and tada no more thermal throttles with 90C VRM's and all game stuttering is gone

Do you have SVM on or off?
Your CPU hits 90C and VR MOS 80 .. damn!
Here is mine , the clocks are 4600- 4650 during the test, didnt had patients to let it run for 1 hour now but my temps are lower.

Weird.Anyone have an idea what might crash Photoshop for me here?
Im using Object Selection tool and it randomly crashes sometimes when selecting it.
Using a B450 Mortar Max with as above -20 all core atm, 4.6 locked with 1.25V locked.
Below are my PBO Settings

Notice my system temp is 45C and yours is 31C. Under normal everyday usage my VRM barely go over 60 under load. Also I was running Vcore @ 1.41V average during the test for 1 hour straight.

Ambient temp was around 42 degrees C and my setup was out of the case with 0 airflow. temps are fine. Also can't compare your test with mines when you ran it for 12 minutes under cooler conditions.

I didnt post it as a competition i thought you missed something or you have a cooling problem having this high temps when mine are like 10c lower on air.

???

Not sure what that reply about competition has to do with anything. I pointed out facts why my temps cant be compared to yours and why it is on the high side, I am also running an aircooler as well.
Has stated previously temps are fine as well had my CPU performance.

You have seen my benchmarks posted all over this forum if there was a problem then I would know. Thanks for the concern. Sweet :)

5 mins test system temp around 40C. CPU Stock PBO on aircooler. I could probably do with some fresh thermal paste but as I said temps are fine. :)
Ambient air temps plays an import role when running an aircooler. Considering I am probably in a much warmer climate than you its not directly comparable.

I'm running the CO optimizer in Ryzen master. What do yall think? Looks like core 7 was running 18 the others were all in the mid 70s

Looks like I got a dud...

You should run OCCT avx2 extreme or CoreCycler and test for stability.

Is that really necessary if Ryzen master was run for one hr to determine these settings? How do they look? Should I change any of the pbo settings or add any boost 200hz? I was thinking when using Ryzen master to find best settings it also balances for stability?

If you want higher boosts you can add up to 200mhz but the CO values wont be the same , cores will need more voltage to achieve higher clocks , you have to find right balance of PBO / CO / AutoOC and temps for your setup, sometimes lower AutoOC can have better result because of the lower temps and so on.
The CO values found by Ryzen Master seem OK , every chip has its own stable values depending on the silicon quality, if you want to push better values that those you should check with OCCT and CoreCycler they tend to be more accurate about stability than Ryzen Master in my opinion and they can tell you which core is not stable and needs to be adjusted.

Does core cycler also adjust pbo values or just the curve op values? It looks like Ryzen also adjusted the pbo values bc these were not the same ones I had... By adding boost to 200mhz what does that do in games? If none of this adds anything significant in gaming then I don't really care to change from what Ryzen has put as values. I do notice with these values Ryzen master has set that my temps are much lower bc I hardly ever hear my fans ramp up like they were doing before is that due to the curve optimizer settings that were adjusted by Ryzen master?

Core Cycler is just a tool to test if your cores are fully stable and shows an error on the respective core if its not, you cant change any settings with it and anyway its best if you set up the curve in the BIOS after you tested and its OK.
Adding 200mhz gives you a 200mhz boost if you have good cooling and your CPU is stable with good values on CO, for me after adjusting the curve mostly to max of what my CPU can handle with +200mhz AutoOC the CPU is boosting 4800mhz 4850mhz in games and temp up to 65C - 72C depending on the game and a max temp of 78C-83C in stress testing. (on air in a small case with ID-COOLING SE-224-XT)
I didnt check before and after in games but Cinebench scores are higher , im getting sc ~1600 / mc ~16000 points, you just have to test it yourself.

Bump how do yall setup your fan curve on 5800x cpu?

This guide should help you. Depends how agressive you want the curve. But set up as per guide then adjust to your personal preference. Theres so many varying factors with fan curves depending on types of fan static case pressure, pull vs push. Location of the PC itself. Room Temp's etc etc. list goes on. But main thing is finding the most audible bearable fan speed the doesnt make your ears bleed, and that can actually cool your pc during load for me.
