My suggestion
@Aardwolfe is for you to test out a few things before ruling the board/system is dead.
Since the PSU is still working, we can rule out a dead PSU being the issue (based on you saying its working on other systems).
Try breaking it down to the basics and moving from there by trying different things.
Try putting just the bear basics hooked up on the system, 1 ram stick, the PSU, cpu/gpu with its heatsink, and such to see if it will boot with that.
If not, try putting the ram stick in a different slot or a different stick altogether to rule out ram issues. Ive seen many a system that wont respond if they have a bad stick or bad slot with ram in it.
Try a different PSU in case PSU has an issue that may not show itself in certain scenarios, it does happen.
Try completely taking the CMOS battery out to force reset the system back to factory defaults in the basics setup.
If that does not show anything, I guess we will have to try other things but I would find it odd if the board got fried for any reason unless something weird happened. If it did you might wanna try to return/RMA it but first make sure that would be the issue.
