I read the op's first post more carefully.
In this case, go for what
@ne6togadno already mentioned. The 5700XT is the perfect graphics card at the moment money/value.
If you are indeed holding on to every possible penny, get the cheapest possible case that was ever built on planet earth (non branded). If you already have one, put all the parts in the old case. #noregrets
And since we are on the ludacris side, skip the SSD all together and just get the
Seagate FireCuda SSHD 2TB SATA-III 7200RPM instead.
The 500gb storage is way too small. I am aware that no one can live nowadays without a ssd. However... i have my entire Steam library on a hdd, all my games (without the exception of Forza 4 that Microsoft forced me to install on partition C) , are loaded from a hdd. I regret nothing. As for the rest of the windows apps etc you will see little difference if they sit on a hdd, rather than a ssd.
Personally i spent soo much money on esthetics, I got the Pro version for my mobo cuz it had integrated rgb, same with the case, same with the huge insane cooling dark rock pro 3 on the cpu (cuz it looks cool). For me that money would have been 32GB of ram and a bigger ssd. - don't drop money on esthetics...we are too poor.
