cant load or aquire bios

hello i am new at this forum and the bios flashing game
after installing rbe i tried to acquire or upload an existing bios that i had downloaded from tech power up vga database(his x1950pro 256 mb) and got the following error !

You can either use GPU-z or ATiWinflash to dump your bios. I prefer GPU-z. Also, Welcome to TPU!

Now that my friend is very peculiar that you cannot dump the bios of the card. Another way that you could attempt is by using the dos based, Atiflash.

I think this is your bios but I can't be for sure unless I get a screenshot of GPUz:

its not that i cant dump the bios on the card

the application cant read the bios file(bin) and i get an error that says 'checkvalid' report error and says that its an invalid bios file probably not an atibis:

Sorry still a little early for me, misread your post a little. Have you tried an older version of RBE?

The X series are made before RBE was even written. See the quote why the HD2400 has support

Which video cards are supported?
The program was originally built to support my HD 2900 pro 512 MB 256 bit, so this card is supported, of course. Later on, after some requests, I added support for HD 2900 pro 512 bit, HD 2900 XT, HD 2900 GT and HD 2600 XT, each regardless the video memory configuration. I also tried some HD 2600 pro and 2400 XT BIOS files, they are supported as well.
Furthermore, 3450, 3650, 3870 X², 3850 and 3870 cards are supported. For 29x0 and the last two cards there is a fan control setting in RBE.
All in all, the engine is somewhat flexible. If you have a video card which is not officially supported, just give it a shot nevertheless. It might work. And if not, send me a request. In most of the cases, it's easy to add support for a card.
