Cheap build for mod'n

I am thinking about getting a cheap build so i can do some mods and have a computer to use for school and internet maybe some vary light gaming and F@H.

So what do you think? Keep in mind i am not going to be using it for anything that would have to have alot of GPU or CPU power i would use my rig in system specs for anything that would need alot of power.

iam selling my old BFG GeForce FX 5700OC 256mb card on ebay for 20 Euros! why not go buy it??

I don't have the parts laying around i just want to build a cheap azz rig so i can get a start on modding before i start any mod on my main rig.
BTW i will be getting most of the stuff used.

LOL I have 5 PC's

The AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800+ Toledo's are mad fast at stock speeds of around 2.4GHz

My 4600+ runs at 2.4ghz and i think it is kind of slow... BTW i would be overclocking that rig.

Don't get value ram of ANY kind. I had some Kingston value ram that would crash in certian games with memory errors all the time (zdaemon, area 51, etc)
