Got myself a 3440x1440 freesync 2 IPS monitor and it is beautiful along with a Radeon 5700. I don't normally play a ton of games. Cities Skylines looks amazing and is buttery smooth on max settings. Rocket league also plays well. However Division 2 is acting strangely. At 3440x1400 in DX 12 on all low settings the FPS shows between 45-70. However when moving the game camera around it stutters. The FPS doesn't drop when it stutters and the monitor shows the variable refresh rate is adjusting appropriately. I am running an i5 7500 Kaby Lake at 3.4 GHz with 16 gigs of ram and an NVMe drive. So is the CPU the bottleneck or is there something else going on?
