thinking about getting this, any thoughts? doesn't seem to be many reviews

edit: its on a big sale, lowest price ever I think
The reviews on YouTube seem positive. It's a good price too.

I think the Duke's Edition, for only $1 more, is the best value.

The original game and it's expansions in the series are also on sale for less than $3 each.

Probably a good idea. Steam reviews are also no bueno

I learned a long time ago not to trust Steam reviews... No offense to you personally of course! :toast:

I am super busy with starfield for the forseeable future, I am already addicted to it... but I did just add the Duke's version to my wishlist to get in a future sale. I liked the first Kings Bounty game so I will grab it eventually, thanks and nice find on the dollar more edition.

The issue with steam reviews in general is that they are highly subjective. Also, some games get review bombed for various reasons.

Some steam users write reviews that are descriptive and thorough and others write them to make a joke or meme. Reading reviews from curators and other sources is a good way to see what the reviews have in common.

STEAM reviews are rather informative about problems & bugs etc., if you're into reading, alot. The STEAM rating on the other hand, many games get away better with their limited thumb up/down system. :shadedshu: Same goes for the game in question. On STEAM it's rated with 69% positive, on MetaCritic the game got a little more negative rating: CriticScore: 63 / UserScore: 5.0.

I recommend to go through Curators Reviews on every game you're interested, subscribe to curators with valuable reviews & who's opinion aligns with your taste. A really helpful feature. It's also a good way to discover new games when you go through the list of their reviewed games.

In the "Humble HeroCraft PC Humongous Collection" you can get "Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf" (incl. 6 DLC's) for just 1€. (Bundle ends in 19 days)
Note: the game will be delisted on all stores on Oct 12th, so it's the last chance to get the game, and for the best price ever!
Also don't forget to claim the FREE DLC "Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf - Armour of the Deathwatch" before it's delisted.
The last missing DLC "Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf - Exceptional Card Pack" is currently also on sale, cheapest right now is 0,28€ from GamesPlanetUS.

The "Humble Control the Narrative Bundle" is also great value. (Bundle ends in 21 days)

And the "Humble Cities Skylines: Build Today" is another banger deal from Humble. Even if you just need the DLC's. (Bundle ends in 12 days)

Also Fanatical has some decent bundles atm, too. :) Personally pulled the trigger on "BPM: BULLETS PER MINUTE", "Burnhouse Lane" & "Tunguska: The Visitation" with the "Fanatical Favourites" bundle. Probably also going for the "Fanatical Bethesda Favorites" bundle with "The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition", "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition Deluxe" & "The Evil Within Bundle". The rest in the bundle I got already (except "The Elder Scrolls Online").

It's a nice little game. Lay tiles so they match up with neighbours, get points. There's also a board game version (which I assume came first).

I hope it becomes easier to get my GoG games on Deck someday, like just a one/two click process and logging in. No need to do it at the moment, just frustrating because I wouldn't mind getting more GoG games over steam, but Deck Verified games just make my life so easy. heh

2013 tomb raider for $3.99

most of you probably already have and beat this game, but for those of you that haven't, you are missing out on a real gem of a game.

And is playable and looks decent on really low end graphics. AMD R5 240 or Nvidia GT 635 with an OC. 720p 50fps, Low +Shadows, AA is still fun to play.

If I didn't already have it....

50fps, Low
Respectfully, I have to disagree, that's not acceptable in my book.

The demo was fun. However, it has a case of typical Unreal stutter. Hopefully, the game won't be as bad.

you are intel and nvidia, so let me try on my all AMD system and report back regarding the stutter. see if it makes a difference at all... I will tag you when i get the results!

edit: can confirm @AvrageGamr it is a stutter fest shit show. man why do companies release games in this state, I have so many other games that don't stutter at all, fuck that

25% off Diablo 4. They must be desperate, Blizzard games rarely see deals.

Blizzard games aren't on GOG, and few are on platforms other than Battle.net.
Umm...

Really?

Ok "games from this millenia NOT avaliable on battle.net" then, I really didn't think I had to specify that, from context, which was "games are on sale on Battle.net all the time".
