GOG, pretty late to the party.

Better late than never..

Content was released on STEAM on the 6th Feb 2017, lol.

This should tell you how much I follow Steam...(read: not at all)

Reviews on STEAM are also pretty negative. Random crashes, huge performance hit, glitches, etc. Top comment: uncheck this DLC when installing the game.

The general concensus is that if you install the HD Texture pack with the original fresh install all is well but if you add it on later, crashes. I have already installed it. Will test and report back. GOG has a habit of fixing known problems before releasing things, so I'm not expecting any issues.

It's free everywhere, I think.

And tbh, I'm not sure it's worth the size. Difference were mostly only noticeable in side-by-side comparisons.

I will experiment and report back.

Fallout and TES games have a GOTY bundles that include all DLCs on Steam as well. They sometimes list it as an option after the standard version instead of its own SKU.

You pay for the DLCs either way. Although the GOTY version usually is a better bargain.

I've no problem with that. Those are excellent titles for anyone who is into mystery games.

I already had many of the games in that list so I "gifted" several of them to a few friends who didn't have them.
