i couldn't find the 1gb industrial CF card i was going to use but i have had it for years in a box from an old project that never worked. Its running in the built in ide CF the motherboard has

i done some benchmarking. my ddwrt Netgear WNDR3300 does 2mbit over vpn. ddwrt x86 on this does 28mbit! more than enough to saturate my 8mb upload.

still to do some power measurements.

and the web gui is instant!

i done some power measurements and its only using 8.4W at idle and 10w full vpn load its better than i expected!
