Other than this I am still awaiting Proshop the online seller to response on why my X18 drive which was brand new factory sealed is out of warranty and is listed as "This product was originally sold as a part of a larger system. Please contact the system manufacturer or your place of purchase for warranty support."
Seriously they are slow responding, I told them the matter why I want this fixed ASAP because I used the drive as a backup so it's not like I can ship it back to them with all my data on
