It's a lot more complicated than that. This is akin to thinking the phrase "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" (AKA communism) will just work (actually, you almost typed that in GPU terms, lol).

Real world reality: It's harder than it sounds, on both counts.

A missing poll option would be:

"I don't buy into this W10/D3D12 hype train and I won't use them for as long as possible".
 
I believe that would fall under "I have no hope for this feature". If not then I see no relevance to this discussion.
