Click add comment, look at the breadcrum trail at the top of the page, if you click on the title of the news post in that breadcrum trail you will get the forum post version instead.

Exactly. Who cares about post count? Clearly, is it not a sign of knowledge...(not a personal dig, to anyone, note... but a lot of people, for some reason, seem to associate knowledge with post count, LOL!)

If that's the case, then I prefer it as I didn't really like the no post count rule in those parts of the forum. There's a difference of around 400 posts which is quite a bit. I've been even more active here than I thought.

No, the "Like" button has been replaced with "Thanks", in true TPU style. I imagine you should just wait for W1z to update that tiny piece of text.

Also, I agree with the others. The dark blue bar with the date/time of post looks nice and provides a great separator between posts, but the white background still needs to be a bit darker. The text... well, I could live with the font if it didn't press letters together so much. Maybe make the text slightly bolder or use a different font?

BTW, W1zz, you work fast. Liking the new format even more. I'm sure it'll take a hell of a lot more tweaking to make it feel like a proper successor to the old forums, but it's on its way.

@Aquinus : In case you didn't know, you do not have to enclose BBCode in a CODE block to get the parsing to stop. You can use the PLAIN tag if you want it inline.

My post count is still lower than it was before you synced everything up. Well below, it was over 4,600.

I hate to be a complainer, but did you really need to overhaul the forum? Couldn't you have just updated it to the latest version of vBulletin? The old forum was so much better, IMO.

infractions are now called warnings, they still count for points. everybody's infractions got successfully imported and converted. i also wrote an addon, so that you can see your own infractions on your profile page (like in the old forums)
