i dont beleive we get RTM. Gold accounts get RTM, plus accounts only get final products.

If you get a plus account, you have to wait for it to go final (late october) to get it via technet.

Well for some reason I feel it was wrong how microsft kicked people... We ''paid'' for it even though there wasnt a price... I have a recipet.. And I plan on calling em and raising some type of hell..

If you have the car, screw keys I have no problems starting vehicles without them! Looks like I got my account back working. I emailed them and asked what the problem was. They told me what we all already know and I confirmed that my business is legitimate, confirmed my tax id number and five minutes later was back to downloading stuff my business can use. If you are just a normal "end-user", don't bother getting all upset that they took it away from you since this offer wasn't for you in the first place.

It's a large auto repair shop. I use five networked computers in the shop itself for Alldata and three office computers for accounting, bookwork and stuff.

IIRC, erocker said his account was also unable to access keys/downloads, just took longer than the rest so I don't think it matters if you have a legitimate business..
