^Hint: it's best to install browser extension to add. in Firefox there is a SteamDB extension, then button "Add free license" is enabled to click. You have to log into Steam via browser for it to work.

Sometimes its free depending on the region you are in.
The SteamDB.info page which is not associated with Steam ask you to login with your steam credential then install a plugin then give that plugin a ton of access to your
account info. Not worth it for 1 free game. No offense to who posted it, its just too much hassle and not worth the security risk to have unnecessary plugins running in your browser.
Game shows a 249 rupees price on steam for me but free on the SteamDB.info page.

Technically a "free" DLC, but to save you time reading this: It's only free if you have bought The Elder Scrolls Online base game.
Bethesda/Zenimax is giving away the Orsinium DLC for free as a second day, daily reward (i.e you have to log in and claim reward for at least two days this month).
Amusingly, they seem to have broken the reward system with this giveaway. They'll be restarting ALL servers for all platforms in a few hours to try and fix it!

Large update adding some much needed livability changes is coming on March 26. Bit silly giving it away nearly a week beforehand. Basically restructures shop and tacklebox functionality so you don't have to fast travel any further than your vehicle. Which you will now be able to fast travel to.

I think I will give the Sims 4 a try now, never really gave it a fair shake. I remember last time I tried the free demo, I hated how bloated the UI I was. not sure why modern game companies try to throw everything in your face these days, but its a dumb ass decision.
