[GPU-Z Test Build] Fix memory usage sensor showing 0 MB on Windows 8

This should fix the 0 MB dedicated GPU memory used reported on Windows 8 and 8.1, as reported here: http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/hd5450-win-8-1-issues.190210/

I know this is for a completely different issue but that build of 0.7.9 also fixes the absent VDDC display
