I don't think links are visible at a glance

It's usually good enough when you read the thread for the first time, but then you go back a few days/weeks later and start scrolling through just to find a link, and that's when it's harder to find.

This is of course easier to find in a thread than the current links, but if you also use bold you make even it more easy to find.

Actually, bold makes a bigger difference than underlined, IMO.

A "Links in bold" optional setting maybe?

The forum text markup is there, so you can make it already the way you want it to look, you can even change the colors in your post...

I would agree that the links are less noticable when there's sunlight brightness during day, at night (no pun intended) they're pretty noticable. Because of that I would opt for more deeper color pallet for links.

You mean as a permanent setting for links specifically? I bet you're right but I can't find it.

Whenever you post something you can change whatever you want....

Why scroll through fast looking for links rather than reading the content and stumbling upon the supporting evidence in the link during the process?
I've already explained why.

It doesn't happen very often, it was more common for me at MDL where you had to scroll through thousands of posts a year after reading it, without having anything to use for search.

That's obviously not what we're talking about. See my changed text in the post you replied to first.

Besides, changing my links doesn't affect the readability of others links..

link to techpowerup I know right...

Of course there isn't a global setting to change the looks of every link on a page...

That would be possible with a CSS switch but I think it's fine as is..
