i will throw this in a PT880/oc'd P4 system when its up and running which should give a much higher score but for now here is my lowly 3400+ @2.2ghz and 7800GS 530/740

Yeah, that was another reason why i posted my screenshot. Solaris was looking at purchasing an e1200, so I just wanted to give him a rough idea of how well they clock over stock.

Lifetime warranties seem useless to me. I never own a card for more than a year. EVGA and BFG are my favorites for the same reasons Solaris mentioned. Though I did buy MSI this time around, because it was the best deal I could find on a 9600GT.

the modder friendly part is what i love the most, theyre practically daring you do take the card to its limits

double lifetime is a really good resale point too, i mean lifetime on a second hand card is really good.

Guys; do you have to have an SLi bridge to "SLi"? I thought they would just use a software bridge but would function slower. Correct me if I am wrong.

well i have a new score...i took my 4gig kit out and put my 2gig kit back in so i could clock higher and with everything running i got an extra like 200pts...maybe ill see if i can break 10,000 with this system

that cpu is hurting the score pretty bad still..... although not too bad, my core 2 duo racks up ~2800 cpu points at 3.2ghz, but im really looking for something in the realm of 5000 cpu points, itll have to be a quad....

IMHO Sol, You really shouldn't worry about the cpu. I think to totally do away with any bottleneck with a 2nd 9600GT you would have to use at least an e6750/5600+.

ya but im going to get by it now im going 775 e6400 and an sli mobo with my 4 gigs of ram finally running at the correct speed and ill OC the proc to atleast 3 so i think ill be good
