I’ve got this setup:
- i7-4770k + NOCTUA NH-D9L (no-name thermal paste)
- MSI Z87 MPOWER
- 20GB RAM DDR3 (2x 4GB 1.6V HYPERX PREDATOR, 2133MHz, CL11 KHX21C11T2K2/8X; 2x 8GB 1.6V HYPERX, 2133MHz, CL11, KHX21C11T1K2/16X)
- GTX 980ti 6GB MSI Gaming 6G (fabric thermal paste)
- SEASONIC G-550 Gold+
+
- CORSAIR Carbide Series 100R
- 3x 120mm (A1225M12S, NF-P12, NF-S12) 2x 140mm (NF-P14)
- 1x SSD, 1x HDD, 1x USB controller (DELOCK 4x USB 3.0), 1x wifi card (ASUS PCE-AC55BT)
All at stock clocks (cpu, ram, gpu).
Below average airflow (computer is covered behind the desk and don’t have much breathing room).
It is budget PC that I build myself from used parts, It costs me ~620$ (btw. what do You think – is it worth it for the price versus PC new from the scratch?).
And now there is a question.
How much room do I have for OC without changing PSU? Changing PSU is not an option, so I have to fit in 550W.
Now I’ve got these numbers:
FIRESTRIKE: 14 013
HEAVEN: 4 740 (D11,FHD,Custom,High,Disabled)
CINEBENCH R20 CPU: 1 737
Resolution max. FHD (DELL U2211H 22', additional ~50$).
