I believe this setting allows you to manually overclock
Intel Speedstep tech -
Disable Intel's Speed step

CPU Freqency Setting -
273 CPU's Frequency
Overclock Retry Cout - 3
Looks like it gives you different overclocking settings.

800 FSB Multiplier
FSB Compesation Finetune - Disable
Not sure
DRAM Frequency -
Depending on the RAM try to keep at 1:1 Ratio/ RAM Multiplier
Enhance Mode -
Disabled BIOStar suggests when overclocking keep this off/ not sure what it is.

Cofigure DRAM timing by SPD - Enable
Not sure but I think it will set Latency's by your RAM Speed
Extra DRAM timing setting - Auto
More advanced timings for RAM
Clock Gen Config -
PCIE Frequency Setting -
Leave at 100 always PCI express Frequency could kill your video card if you set it to high! Although for Higher over clocks it can help stability.

CPU core 2 GTL Ref Voltage - 0.67*VTT
VTT's is the uncore voltages
MCH GTL Ref Voltage - Auto
Not sure some kind of a NB voltage.
CPU PLL Voltage - 1.5V
Phase Locked Loop
cpu voltage-1.288v
NB/SB Voltage - 1.096v
DDR Voltage - 1.8172V
FSB Voltage - 1.176v
These are some ideas you should look into! By all means the settings I have changed are not a full or stable overclock. But the CPU Frequnency and CPU Multi I have listed here would get you to 3 gigs.
All though to get that high I would do your reasearch! Especially with your CPU's, RAM's, NB's voltages!!
If you give a little bit more time I will try to look more into it for you and list next to things what they are.

Okay bud I did the best I could with your settings. You have alot more than I am used too. It looks like BIOSstar has a lot of good options for over clocking. I gave you some of the settings like CPU Multiplier and Frequency but before you start changing things I would do your research and look over some things!!! Heres one.....

and here is another good one......

Remember every BIOS/CMOS is different and spend time doing your research and you will be fine!
Good Luck
