Seems like they do very well with the newer drivers, ocuk reports a jump of ~30% with the newer drivers, and it puts the 6970 right at gtx580's heels.

£280 in UK for the HIS version. Thats £200 cheaper than some GTX 580's. Holy Fuck sticks.

I was expecting to have to pay at least £350 thus why i thought i could not afford it, looks like i may be reconsidering that thought

After looking at that i feel like kicking myself in the nuts :banghead:

i paid £205 each for my 6870's and after cutting a chunk of one's cooling plate off sold it for £130, i so should have waited as for £15 more each or £30 more total i could have gone with 6950 crossfire although it would have been too much for my PSU.

Guess it's time to try and sell my remaining 6870 and hope i can get £150 :laugh:

Google their customer service, i ain't used them since they did me for £120 about a year back.

And i use Scan and Ebuyer for free postage too

wow a couple min of reading after gooling ocuk customer service has scared me away form them for life without even ordering once :laugh:

these test results make absolutely no sense ? what OS which DX version ? which hardware ?

these test results are nearly useless. I also have severe doubts about them as they don't seem to be a official ATI/AMD tester.

No NDAs are the same for everyone.

If I remember right when the 5 series came out it was ~10pm CST in the states. So GMT + 6 I think.
