Yeah, I could make it look much better with some TLC, but my attitude is kinda: anyone can make a fast PC when they have unlimited space, try doing it with zero compromise in a case the size/smaller than a shoebox. Lol.

This question comes more often. The difference in the maximum flow rate is due to the type of calculation. Xylem, the developer and manufacturer of all known D5 pumps (we sell them as VPP655) is measured with an upstream pump. So the water is already accelerated and measured with 0 resistance.
The VPP755 is measured by us without upstream pump within a small circuit. If we would do it like Xylem, we would get similar values. But these are not realistic. You will never get values above 300L/h with a D5 in a water circuit, no matter with which pump, not even with 2 pumps. We tend to give a more practical value for our self-developed pumps, since we use more theoretical values.

Hi. Have you some answers to this two tests I posted below?

Both the Alphacool VPP755 D5 pump and Swiftech MCP-655 Laing/Xylem D5 pump was tested. Yep, (some) flow rate sensors ain't very reliable but the results shouldn't be so different as in the two tests. With the pump at full speed it shows that Swiftech's Laing/Xylem D5 pump reach 1190 l/h vs the Alphacool VPP755 D5 pump reach 230 l/h. There can be variance in such results/tests, but this test show that the VPP755 D5 pump rsults is very different. How can you explain the results vs what you said above? How can the Alphacool VPP755 D5 pump only reach 1/5 of the flow rate if both should provide about same results? Or is this a bugged sensor problem. You say you sell the Xylem D5 pumps as VPP655. Have you test results to show between the Xylem D5 pumps (VPP655) and the newer VPP755? Thanks

And I see you sell the VPP655 in two versions. One branded with PWM - Single Edition. Both have the same 37W max power consumption. But why put up two different Technical details on your sales page? The PWM version is speced with Maximum Flow: 1500 L/h. And the non PWM version come with Maximum flow: 350l/h. Why offer two differnt Max flow rate numbers for almost same speced pumps?

And here you spec the Alphacool ice pump VPP755 - G1/4 IG incl. ice cover D5 - acrylic V.3 with Technical details as Max. Flow: 1500 L/h. Why so inconsistent in technical details?
