Share your AIDA 64 cache and memory benchmark here

Hi guys, nice to see how fast things are moving in one way OC route direction, faster & faster in almost 70 days for 70k speeds indeed.

It feels like a lucky lottery ticket in my right hand pocket ... to be validated

Now after second Aida cache run ... all setup done ... just idleing ... it feels like ... casual

Delidded 9950X ES running PBO
ROG CROSSHAIR X870E APEX
2x16GB G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal Neo A-DIE @ 1.76 VDD / 1.55 VDDQ
Very large custom cooling with mora

First off we have some short karhu run, only 1 hour durations do to time constraints.
Core Tuning @ level 2 = over 10mb/s higher throughput then anything i managed on the GENE, ended at 372.30mb/s

With everything open bandwidth drops alittle

Also did alittle test in GB3 on the same boot which netted me a 15.2k / 14.75k memory score which is very good for a 9950X i would say

I also did a short 1 hour karhu run @ Core Tuning = legacy -> 53.9ns in AIDA64
Do note is pretty much only in AIDA the latency drops almost 10ns, while Clam latency stays the ~same and bandwidth is lower

What do you guys reckon, should I upgrade? I mean, I can still browse TPU and all ;)

Pretty happy I got this with H16C memory

One last go with the old girl..

One last pull with my 5900X, she's been good to me.

Updated to W11 finally. That L3 cache Latency is Meh!

Hi, hope everyone is happy
Bought this 32GB kit to pair it with my 5600g. The exact model is CMW32GX4M2D3600C18 and the version is 5.42. Thaiphoon says it's Hynix M-die which isn't very good. I wasn't satisfied with it's XMP performance so I decided to overclock it. I ended up at 4533MHz at 20-23-8-23-32 for primary timings. Then I started decreasing sub-timings one by one until the system didn't boot or showed errors in TestMem5's Absolute config. rinse and repeat. This is about the best I could get out of every important timing with the system fully stable and zero errors on TestMem5. Voltages are at 1.400 mem, 1.200 soc with LLC auto, 0.950 vddp and 0.750 for vtt-ddr. vddps and vttddr may be a little high. I Hope these settings are useful if you have a similar setup :)

That is so good for hynix m die.

I'm not an expert but any idea why I have such crap write and latency?, I've seen some images of people in this post with even slower DDR3 RAM and better numbers.

Kinda stock I guess?

Untouched Expo, and a PBO tune..

Bios is very new to me still.. a lot has changed since AM4 :D

That latency kills me a little inside every time I see it

Thanks. Speeds at stock were like this btw:

I posted mine in here too if you are curious what I got ( you can just scroll its still in this page) and my tuned settings isnt much better than yours stock. I said H16C but I am using an ajr kit. wish I could correct myself by editing the message. Anyways nice tune on your memory!

I have read hypervisor being on can cause higher latency. I am on AM4 not AM5 and only read that info on reddit so take this with a grain of salt

Oh nice. I'll check it out
Interesting. Your read isn't bad for 3733 tbh. Although 5600g has a beefy memory controller. Maybe that has helped my ram? or cjr is worse than m-die

2030.. should be doable. It looks similar to a couple of my Zen 3 systems.

Beef imc helped so much because Im pretty sure those memory sticks can oc really well with clock speed but do not do well in super tight timings

Progress..

Did the buildzoid ddr5 timing tweaks but still somehow pretty underwhelming results.

Finished tuning my 7800X3D (2200 FCLK, 107Mhz ECLK, CO+10, SOC 1.25V, VDDIO 1.4V) + 48GB M-die (1.52V VDD/1.4V VDDQ ).

My settings werent quite stable, subs were a bit too tight.. I think shes ok now. The cache scores fattened up a bit, so she likes what I am doing at least. Having a hard time figuring out how to get UCLK to run over 1600 when I try to go past 3000MHz :banghead:

Screenshot 2025-02-23 144826.png

Ok.. starting to get a feel for it. FCLK is at 2200.. might not be stable.. VSOC is still at stock 1.25v. Well.. stock to me.. :D

Screenshot 2025-02-26 190642.png

L2 cache read is the same as I get at 2133 FCLK, so I think I am a bit past its comfy zone.. I will back off if it isnt stable.
