Hello everyone and happy Easter for those who celebrate it and not. However I have finally reached 68Gb/s also in reading by simply activating BGS (Bank Group Swap) Listen but how do I get 1T GDM off because I have already tried other times but it did not post, how could I do? Thank you.

Hi,
You could try ClkDrvStr 40-60.

It mattered a lot more with Zen/Zen+.

On Zen2/Zen3, not so much. It's extremely minor even in extremely CPU bound scenarios.

But if you want to be OCD about 1% differences, it basically goes like this:

  1. Doing workstation type tasks like video editing or 3D rendering? BGS on.
  2. Gaming? BGS off.

if ryzen 7000 i have no idea. all i heard about ddr5 is 'expo' whatever that means.

That last screen looks like a normal Zen 2 part, except its running in safe mode, to me it doesn't count :)

crucial ballistix 3600mhz stock.
didn't do much timing changes at all, runs stable like this. good?

Started looking into optimizing memory only few days ago. Is it normal that the write speed is so much lower than read / copy?

Yes it is normal, because ryzen (non APU) have the memory controller limited by the width of the infinity fabric bus in writing they have only 32b per clock cycle while reading is at 64b (of cache addresses) and a characteristic of the ryzen bus. So everything is normal.

stock timings, they're already pretty low

I have tried experimenting with raising the FSB but have found stability issues nearly every time.
edit: does anyone here know much about tRFC on DDR3? I haven't touched it yet but it seems kind of high.

Here's my ram settings. also should I change any of those other ram settings / training settings shown? pretty sure it's all default.

I've literally no idea about changing more than the first 3 timings so any obvious things I could do?

i have 4x8 g.skill 4400mhz but this mobo has no 4400 xmp option so all default.

Hi enthusiast, faceing recently with same story read-write-copy Aida benchmark low showing values, dealing with my old 16gb Ballistix 3600 kit, almost forgoten about Boot settings, deal with NOT to maximize all cores and memory on Boot, your settings should look like mines, all +600 back to me that time, please check

Keeped same options for my new 4x8 Vipers 4000 tweaked at 3744 CL14 GearON 1T (104 BUS 3600 IF 1800 included) and 4,628 Cores with EDC bug, happy with this !

4533 MHz C18 tRFC 300
Cezanne has a devastating memory controller.

Hi all I'm trying to go up to 4600MHz 1:1 but I can't make the post I've tried practically everything, vSoC at 1.30v, vDIMM at 1.55v CLDO VDDP at 1.05v various loose timings also 22-22-22 -39 but no posts. Maximum I can (stable) and 4533MHz 1:1 18-18-18-37. Some idea? Have I perhaps reached the limit of the controller?

Too stuck my i5-13500
SA Voltage: 0.9 V (locked by Intel)
Memory Controller: 1.1 V (undervolt 0.2V)
DDR Voltage: 1.32 V (a little undervolt)
3% overclock: none (blocked by Gigabyte)
Nothing spectacular, but the system has not generated any errors since installing the new CPU-MoBo, in February.
