Even though my Z390 AORUS in still under warranty, Gigabyte black list my motherboard serial number to avoid me to refill my warranty ticket !!!
Last weeks my motherboard refused to work with my 9700k. It is only stable with 3.6ghz stock speed. BSOD every time I turn on Intel Turbo Boost to get 9700k refereed boost clock to 4.6 ghz.
So I filled out the warranty form, manually typed my SN it showed my mainboard model in the search box, ticket submitted.
Yesterday I checked again, my ticket disappeared. Something must went wrong. Double check my SN again. "Please select exact SN for your product" ??? Literally they could find my SN in their system the last time I submitted, now my SN of motherboard is gone.
I double check warranty status of my motherboard "Your product is out warranty"
Holy cow!! I only have my mainboard for ONLY A YEAR !!! OUT OF WARRANTY ??
HAHAHAHAHA !! At least send me a email GIGABYTE ??
