Im kinda capping out at 204k DPS, but what it says on the sheet really says very little about the real damage. I actually prefer running an ACR with a mere 159k to the Aug.

Running 4 set sentries call now, which has a really powerful set bonus. I'm also breezing through the challenging Incursion atm Really nice when u got a tactic down with a group. It's pretty rough.

Also, a heads up for everyone NOT playing the Division at this time and whoever was scared off by the rampant Reddits about exploits hacks and whatnot...

Things in the DZ are a LOT better ever since the official statement and stance against hacks and exploits. In the past two dozen hrs played I've come across a single teleport hack and nothing else. The DZ is great fun now!

Inviting and encouraging everyone to take a shot at this. Now's the time, new contentpatch 1.2 coming in about 1,5-2 weeks from now.

Is there any purpose to getting better gear when the bad guys just get harder? Talk about a grind.

The 1.2 patch got me back into it altho it did change a lot about GS and toughness lol. Now I'm a glass cannon hahah... 230k DPS and 52khp lmao...

This game calculates dps with a lot of factors.
But HP and toughness is direct to the point.

Been enjoying this game and the 200+ DZ bracket is brutal hahah.

Did you drop the reckless chest yet? Can't really do that anymore. Also, get about 5300 armor, so you have the new 75% mitigation cap. It's important

But nothing stops the cleaners in DZ5/6

Still missing pieces for my armor, I was planning on running with 3 striker and 3 sentries or 4 striker and 2 sentries but could not get lucky with drops! And then they introduced more gears this time around! Hahaha now I could not decide on how to run my character with...

For maximum DPS on a firearms build, try running 3 striker, 2 sentry and get HE Gloves with Savage on them. 4 Sentry is nice if u fancy marksman rifles and shotguns, 4 striker is nice with very high rate of fire weapons that are still accurate (such as an mp7 or the LVOA-C, both of which u can't craft).

Im now collecting 4 set Predator's Mark, the other new sets are a bit lackluster. Oh, and you can use the two-set Lone Star bonus by equipping two pieces before you restock - you get the 100% extra ammo. Then you equip your normal set items again - you keep the ammo

Hope RNGeebus gives me good drops when I play over the weekend.
Haven't known about the lonestar bonuses stack up.
Do they stack up with the backpack tricks as well?
What I currently do is get more ammo with police bp then switch to paramedic for 7 med kit and go back to your original bp.

yeah they all stack. You can use lone star chest/holster or something else and still use the paramedic for 7 medkits. Dont even need to restock twice then

SO... i grab an RX 480 and go to play and im graced by a missing character at the login screen....like everything around him is there but he isnt. So i look at AMD gaming evolved app and it has Nvidia HBAO+ and PCSS set on for my AMD 480 turned it off and now i can see my character and in game there isnt a bunch of missing textures and whatnot like there was before. I did uninstall Nvidia drivers before i even turned off my pc to install the 480, so idk why it would set to that.

Going to Necro this thread - I Picked this game up on steam sale with the season pass for $35, and it has been a great game so far. I love the diablo style grind with the coop play of borderlands. Patch 1.6 just around the corner and looking to see if others are playing this game?

@ZenZimZaliben yes there are a few of us that play. I picked it up cheap with the season pass a while back it has been pretty fun so far. I do admit the dark zone is annoying but I am having fun sneaking in, getting the daily mission done and sneaking back out without getting ganked by pvp'ers. flmatter is my tag, holler at me sometime, same for anyone else here that plays it. The game is definitely better with friends to run it with.

My handle is the same in steam. Gear lvl 256. Pretty dialed in with my build until 1.6 comes out. Running 4p Alpha bridge with Barrets chest and HE gloves. I will shoot you an invite.

I usually run an electronic build with @FordGT90Concept as my damage dealer. Over 8k electronics and D3-FNC gives me over 3m shield hp and a pretty beefy turret for support.

Can't wait for 1.6 to drop, the survival mode is fun for the dlc part.. Aside from that still trying to get Larae's chest ! LOL

You can handle solo hard can't ya? Only hard counts for Know No Fear. Challenging and normal doesn't.
