TPU Site issues 2016/17

Well, for my issue. My main machine works fine now, really do not know what fixed it whether it was the time thing or the fact I had it turned off for a week before I moved. The laptop still does the same thing but I have been using Chrome and FF over Edge on the laptop so it is more of a nuisance now and not an issue. Oh well it is always something....

Wassup with the website? Front page only partially loading and the forums running a bit slow. Tried different browsers, but still the same. Other websites load ok. Seems ok on the smartphone however.

Firefox was still not showing the home page properly even though it was fine on the work PC.

Flushing the browser cache and trying again fixed it. All ok now.

I get that sort of view on another forum, but only after banning a spammer. I have to reload every time. *shrug* Yeah, how is it that this forum has so few, or what seems like zero spammer attacks?

Well, our problem: I and my brother join your forum. My brother banned from your forum because of misunderstanding links. Moderators think he is spammer. In truth amazon site doesnt give guarantee in our counrty he just put these links for shopping with gurantee product in our country.He doesnt hope ban for these action. But your forum moderator misunderstood this.Could you unban him?

I suggest that you private message the supermods about this and explain the situation to them. They will then decide on whether to unban him or not. They don't ban users without a very good reason, I assure you.

The supermods are @erocker and @Tatty_One. You can send one message to both, just put both usernames in the recipient field.

if it is because of link posting in threads in the FS section, You may wanna read the rules FIRST regarding links that take users off site, especially to another sites FS page.
Other than that, posting links to selling sites is risky, and suspicious, I can totally see why a mod would block an account with 3 days joined, and is posting FS links to amazon... IF that is indeed what happened. might be better off not using links, or the likes, until You know the rules. good luck

Did you private message a moderator? It must be you doing this, not him for there to be a chance of unbanning the account as credibility matters here. pm the two that I've suggested, no one else. I can't promise he'll get his account back, but it will be his best chance.
