my ram timengs 5-5-5-18 , my rams not good brand name so i can't decrease the timengs cuz i try 4-4-4-12 give me no boot

Up the vltage on the NB Up the voltage on the CPU and up the voltage on the RAM .
You can not get stability because you are not giving that CPU enough juice to run stable nor the ram and NB as well . Some times you have to juice it up to get what you want . and the Q6600 is power hungry trust me I know this for a fact .

this is my stable state but if you see the cpu-z show high temp i am set the voltage as auto in bios

BSOD is probably your RAM acting up. Drop the multiplier so it runs underclocked and see what happens.

i am try this too before and i fail to boot now i see it is voltage set problem , and now i can't go under 800 fsb , cuz my rams are 800 fsb and i overclock cpu to 1600 so the 800 ram is lower fsb i can set
