EK Announces EK-Loop Connect Temperature Plug Sensor

EK-Loop Connect - Temperature Plug Sensor is an NTC (negative temperature coefficient) coolant temperature sensor. It allows users to get a precise coolant temperature measurement and to fine-tune the radiator fan speed for an optimal balance between acoustics and performance. The coolant temperature data can also be used to set up an emergency shutdown procedure if the temperature gets too high, preventing overheating of the system and possible malfunctions.

The body of the temperature sensor plug is made of CNC machined brass with a high-quality Nickel finish, while the seal is made with a quality EPDM rubber O-ring. The G1/4 thread and low installment height allow for easy installation in any unused port in the custom liquid cooling loop. It can be connected to the EK-Loop Connect control hub or a motherboard temperature sensor connector.

Get Re-Connected With the Latest Version of EK-Loop Connect Software and Sensors

EK, the leading computer cooling solutions provider, is announcing the release of EK-Loop Connect software version 1.3.11. As a company dedicated to providing water cooling enthusiasts and PC builders with the best of what the market has to offer, and after listening to customers' feedback several months ago, EK has issued a rework on the EK-Loop Connect software. Today, the new version of the software is officially ready and can already be downloaded.

"We were fortunate enough to have onboarded a team of software developers who were dedicated to the cause and managed to deliver functional software within the set deadline. We promised to deliver the software within 3 months, and here we are. The latest version of the EK-Loop Connect software was tested and confirmed by a small group of beta testers, and today we are ready to present it to the public," said Edvard König, founder of EK.

EK Apologizes for Loop Connect Software & Offers Full Refunds

First of all, we would like to make something clear - we are not happy with the current EK Connect software. We are working hard, so one day this product can make us proud, but we have to take care of our customers first. We have to do that instantly since time is already up.

EK was always dedicated to providing water cooling enthusiasts and PC builders with the best of what the market has to offer. We're listening and are aware you're not happy with our Connect software, and frankly, neither are we. The software and the way it was developed do not meet our standards and our customers needs. This was our first venture into software solutions, and we learned many lessons the hard way. Of course, this is not a valid excuse for our customers being left disappointed in the product they have purchased.

EK Water Blocks Announces the EK Quantum Flow Indicators

EK, the European premium liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is releasing a series of unique flow indicators that belong to the Quantum Line. These Quantum flow indicators visually represent the coolant flow rate, which is often hard to see with the naked eye. This can be very useful to instantly see if your loop operation is nominal or there's trouble with the pump or flow in some other area as well as looking cool! It also features addressable RGB illumination where the LEDs are covered by a stylish black anodized aluminium cover to hide the hotspots. Aside from the standalone option, there are two more that mount directly on the EK-Quantum Vector GPU water block.

This standalone flow indicator features three G1/4" ports, all of which are female. It can be mounted mid tube run with two fittings or fastened to any G1/4" port on a radiator, pump, or even a block via the use of a dual male-threaded extender. Any of the threads can be used as either inlet or outlet. It can be used in a straight flow-through setup, or it can replace a 90° angled fitting, or a 90° bend in your loop.

EK Expands on Quantum Kinetic TBE Series Products With DDC-Powered Variants

EK, the premium liquid cooling gear manufacturer from Slovenia, EU, is adding more options to its Quantum Line Kinetic TBE products with DDC pump-based combo units. These new DDC-powered combos offer very high head pressure and good flow rates in a small footprint. This makes them very convenient for smaller cases that house powerful hardware with multiple water blocks. EK-Quantum products come with sophisticated addressable D-RGB 5 V LEDs that can be controlled through your motherboard's RGB control software or EK-Loop Connect controller unit. Besides the upgraded loop routing capabilities of the new small form factor combo units, EK is putting a lot of emphasis on the D-RGB implementation with no visible LED hotspots.

The most popular small form factor cylindrical pump-res combo on the market is redesigned, upgraded, and better in every way. The top is now featuring three G1/4" ports. One of the ports can be used with the included nickel-plated brass internal tube, which helps prevent the splashing of the coolant inside the reservoir if the top is to be used as an inlet. This reduces the chances of air being sucked in by the pump and foaming of the coolant as well. Any of these ports can also be used for filling the system or adding additional upcoming accessories (thermal probes, LEDs, etc.) The internal tube can not be used in conjunction with the anti-Vortex insert on 120 models due to height restrictions.

EK Releases the Long-Awaited Reflection Distro Plate for Lian LI O11D XL

EK, the premium water cooling gear manufacturer, is launching a distro plate specifically designed to provide advanced water cooling with the renowned D5 pump for the LIAN LI O11D XL chassis. The EK-Quantum Reflection PC-O11D XL D5 PWM D-RGB is a custom water cooling reservoir, routing, and pump solution that seamlessly fits into the front of the case. This waterway is also equipped with a physical flow indicator that gives a nice visual representation of the pump's speed.

Designed to offer unique aesthetics and ease of use, this advanced all-in-one waterway solution also includes a pump, reservoir, simple mounting mechanism, and multiple industry-standard G1/4" threaded inlets and outlets. The placement of these inlets and outlets is aligned to fit with other EK products in order to minimize the number of bends the user has to make when creating the loop. It was engineered to support a maximum of five components - one CPU water block, two GPU water blocks, and two radiators. The maximum radiator size with the installed distro plate is 360 PE in the top, and a 360 XE in the bottom.

Fractal Design Cases Get a D5 Powered EK Distribution Plate

EK, a premium water cooling gear manufacturer, in partnership with the prestigious Swedish case manufacturer Fractal Design, is launching the EK-Quantum Reflection Fractal ATX D5 PWM D-RGB - a custom-designed water cooling reservoir, routing and pump solution made to fit several Fractal Design ATX-size cases. This distro plate is specifically designed to provide an advanced water cooling solution with a market-leading D5 pump for users who are building custom loop liquid cooling in Fractal Design cases.

It is designed to simplify the process for beginner PC builders who are entering the hard tubing custom loop liquid cooling world, as well as to bring the slim-lined EK Quantum aesthetics to an already elegant case.
