The hatching product family will crawl out of its shell under the name iCHILL and will come in various capacities of 4GB up to 16GB at speeds of 2400 MHz up to 4000 MHz and with ultra low latencies up to 15CL. Renowned for its frostbite cooling solutions, the memory modules will be equipped with a unique heat spreader design that can optimize system performance, increase a smooth gaming experience and simply give that extra 'umpf' to your PC.

Inno3D isn't stopping with the GTX 780 iChill HerculeZ 2000 as its custom design offering, the company showed off an even bigger iChill HerculeZ 3000 variant at Computex. Pictured below, the card uses the bigger triple-fan VGA cooler found on some of its previous-generation graphics cards, with a few touch-ups. The dual-slot cooler uses two aluminum fin stacks that draw heat from the GPU, which are ventilated by a trio of 92 mm fans. Users have the flexibility of detaching the fans by simply turning a few thumb-screws, to clean the underlying heatsink. The cooler sits on top of an NVIDIA reference design PCB, and there are no components on the reverse side that need cooling, but Inno3D dropped in a backplate anyway. The company didn't disclose clock speeds.

Inno3D now brings you the iChill HerculeZ 3000 GTX 680! The daisy chain architecture of the cooler design allows for multiple customizable configuration to suit your style. The latest HerculeZ models has 9 scythe blades on each of its fans that work actively with the Herculez Ball Bearing to keep the temperature cool under the hood at all times.

The HerculeZ is made up of a large heatsink with several large heatpipes protruding from the side. The reflective cores indicate a well lapped heatsink as the flat and smooth surface provides better surface area for heat dissipation. Looking at the underside you get a good look at the large heatsink fins which are quite dense and have been designed around the shroud as they fit it very nicely.

When we saw the first pictures of Inno3D GTX 680 iChill, we knew there was more up Inno3D's sleeve, which another picture with all of Inno3D's products laid out, revealed. It turns out Inno3D has another [longer] GTX 680 graphics card, codenamed "Ice Dragon", which allows users a nice degree of customization of the cooling assembly, called "HerculeZ", by allowing control over the number of fans (1~3), positions of fans (six combinations possible), and even mix-matching the impeller. In doing so, it even makes cleaning the fans and the heatsink very easy. The heatsink consists of a GPU base from which five heat pipes arise, which convey heat to two aluminum fin stacks, with a total of 120 fins.

Inno3D is ready with a new high-end graphics card based on NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 580 graphics processor, which comes with a factory-fitted water cooling system. Dubbed the iChill Black Series GTX 580, the card makes use of a pre-fitted water-cooling loop consisting of a full-coverage water block, and tubing leading up to a pump/reservoir/radiator unit that uses one 120 mm fan. The loop can be detached at the card's end. The iChill card is bound to feature some factory-overclocked speeds, coupled with quite some headroom courtesy water-cooling. Its exact pricing and availability are not known. Based on the 40 nm GF110 GPU, the GeForce GTX 580 is NVIDIA's fastest GPU, it features of 512 CUDA cores, and 1536 MB of memory over a 384-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface.

Inno3D has recently added GeForce GTS 250 to its iChill custom line of video adapters. The Inno3D iChill GeForce GTS 250 is equipped with Arctic Cooling's Accelero Twin Turbo PRO cooler that uses a four-heatpipe design and twin 92 mm fans to provide cooling that is superior to the stock cooler. With it, the iChill GTS 250 manages to post temperatures 23'C lower than the reference design boards and also drops noise levels significantly. The new iChill card has a G92 GPU clocked at 738 MHz, and 1 GB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 2300 MHz. The Inno3D iChill GeForce GTS 250 should hit stores later this month.
