There is no fan-stop feature, but the fan spins at very low speeds under light and moderate loads. With 340 W load, fan speed starts to increase to cope with the thermal load.
Noise and Fan Speed (~30 °C)
Under normal operating temperatures, the fan speed profile is highly relaxed. As a result, fan noise output only reaches and stays at 30-35 dBA for a short period of time, with the load at +12 V close to 750 W.
