The chassis itself relies on classic looks that are formed by function. The result is a clean and timeless look with straight lines and flat panels. As there is no drive bay, the Cooltek C3's entire front is made of aluminum as well.

The front is completely solid and even lacks a power button. The rear looks quite traditional, with a PSU bay on the bottom and its other functional areas above the bay.

The only thing on the front is the Jonsbo logo on the bottom. If you are now confused as to why we refer to the chassis as the Cooltek C3 - Cooltek is only selling the chassis in Europe, under the "Cooltek powered by Jonbro" umbrella. Jonbso is essentially the chassis' manufacturer. There is unfortunately a little scratch underneath the logo, which may have been the result of the chassis having been handled roughly by the distributor before reaching our test bench.

The bottom-mounted PSU bay in the rear comes with two sets of mounting holes, so you may install the unit with its fan facing up- or downward. Above the bay are the four motherboard expansion slots with an external lip to secure GPUs or other expansion cards. You will find a 120 mm exhaust fan in the very top. It is there to push hot air out the back and rests on a set of elongated mounting holes, so you may adjust its height to line it up with your other internal components.

We got the windowed version with an air vent below it for review, which allows for an unobstructed view of the chassis' interior. The opposite side is completely solid as nothing terribly useful hides behind it. You will also find the I/O consisting of a power switch, two USB 3.0 and the usual audio I/O here. It has been embedded into the front panel's small bezel.

Tipping the chassis on its side reveals a simple metal mesh dust filter and a set of mounting holes for a 3.5" hard drive on the floor of the interior.
