Packaging

Aside from the mouse, one finds a quick start guide, set of twelve 1.5 g weights, and set of white-dyed replacement feet in the box.

Weight

Using the default honeycomb back cover, my scale shows around 60 g (+/- 1 g), which is slightly more than the 58 g cited by Genesis. The solid back cover brings the weight up to 62 g, which can be further increased by adding the twelve included 1.5 g weights, for a maximum of 82 g. With the solid back cover, the Krypton 750 almost matches the 58 g Viper Mini, which is respectable.

Cable

The Krypton 750 comes with a paracord-like, braided cable. In terms of flexibility, this cable ranks firmly above the Viper Mini, albeit not as highly as the likes of Endgame Gear XM1r. Its measured length is 1.80 m. The cable has a ferrite bead attached, which reduces signal noise, as well as a gold-plated USB connector.

Feet

The feet on the Krypton 750 are black-dyed PTFE (Teflon) feet. Glide is fine. The ring around the sensor ensures CPI stays consistent upon applying vertical pressure. Indents next to the feet make them easier to remove. A set of white-dyed replacement mouse feet is included in the box.

Genesis Carbon 700 Maxi

Along with the Krypton 750, Genesis presents the Carbon 700 Maxi, which is a Cordura mousepad. Cordura fabric is known for being highly resilient while providing balanced glide properties. The Carbon 700 Maxi has a size of 920 x 420 mm and is 3 mm thick. The logo has been placed in the left-hand bottom corner to keep it out of the way of any mousing activities. Kept in all-black, the Carbon 700 Maxi also comes with stitched edges, and it is available for around $40.
