Introduction

I would like to thank Nanoxia for providing the review sample.

Today, we are taking a look at the first chassis from Nanoxia by the name of Deep Silence 1.

The Deep Silence 1 is available in four colors: black, anthracite, silver, and white. We will take a look at the black version today. This is what Nanoxia has to say about their case:
The Deep Silence 1 PC case offers you a perfect combination of excellent system cooling at extremely low noise-levels. Many unique features like the Air Chimney and the retractable I/O panel have been integrated into the chassis. This maintains the clean look of the case.

Packaging

Nanoxia packages the Deep Silence 1 in a full-color cardboard box with an image of the chassis on the front. On the rear, you will find a few images detailing the advantages of the chassis, and both sides give detailed information about its specs and its features.

Two fairly sturdy Styrofoam spacers hold the case in place, and a plastic bag protects the chassis from scratches and finger prints. The bag on our sample looks used, which is a sign that the case was unpacked before being sent to us. This is perfectly fine, but keep that aspect in mind towards the end of the review.

Contents

Nanoxia ships their first case with a 5.25" to 3.5" adapter for the external drive bay, a P4 power cable extension, screws, zip ties, and four solid rubber-grommets to replace the water cooling ones in the back of the chassis in case you don't use those.
