Introduction

I would like to thank NOX XTREME for supplying the review sample.

Nox Xtreme is a European brand under Atlas, a large distributor in the hardware market. Today, we get to look at the lanbx, their portable chassis. As its name implies, the unit is geared toward those who want the utmost portability and the ability to include high-end components. Having reviewed Nox Xtreme cases in the past, most feature a menacing look, and the lanbx is no exception. It reminds us of a weapons case from the movies, which is sound as it will hold your gaming weapon of choice.

Packaging

The Nox Xtreme lanbx ships in a black and brown cardboard box with an image of the portable enclosure on the front, and the rear gives you a view of the interior and a list of its biggest features. Both sides also cover the lanbx's specifications in various languages.

Two thick foam spacers hold the chassis in place, and a plastic bag protects it from fingerprints and scratches.
