Finished Looks

The high contrast white and black fans make the cooler pop on our test bench where it readily stands out, while the reflective pump top will grab your attention from time to time as well. Obviously, once everything is illuminated, the cooler loses its higher contrast appearance and will instead take on whatever color scheme you want, including that god awful rainbow mode every ARGB cooler has but no one uses as far as I can tell (if you do shout out in the comments!).

SilverStone's PF240, like the majority of liquid coolers, offers perfect memory and graphics card clearance. This is one of the biggest benefits of picking a closed-loop cooler over some of the larger air coolers: you are not limited in regards to memory choice by the height of the DIMMs.

The ARGB LED illumination is pretty damn good overall, with control via the motherboard working seamlessly with no problems to report. Same goes for the included ARGB controller, which, while less than ideal, did work just fine (I prefer a remote over having to open the panel any time I wish to change the color, but that is what motherboard control is for).
