Introduction

VAXEE Logo

Established in 2019 by the original founding team of Zowie, VAXEE is a peripherals company and shop platform. Since VAXEE has introduced a different internal structure resulting in significantly lower weight with their latest releases, older releases are continually updated to incorporate said design, along with all the latest tech. Accordingly, the NP-01S V2 Wireless manages to bring the 68 g of the original NP-01S Wireless down to just 57 g, without any compromises to structural integrity or otherwise. Instead of the older PixArt PAW3395, the latest PAW3950 sensor is now used, whereas for the main buttons, the switches are still from Huano, along with a mechanical scroll wheel encoder from ALPS. As with all of VAXEE's latest wireless releases, a USB High-Speed dongle is included, allowing polling rates of up to 4000 Hz in wireless operation, and performance when using competitive mode has been further improved. VAXEE cites up to 110 hours of battery life using 1000 Hz, and up to 30 hours using 4000 Hz. Configuration is either done on-device using various buttons and button combinations or conveniently through a web driver. The VAXEE Zygen NP-01S V2 Wireless is available exclusively through the VAXEE shop in navy blue, pink, fluorescent green, and gray.
