Value and Conclusion

  • The EPIC Series Gaming chair retails for €339.90 in Europe and $339.90 in the US.
  • Decent price for a good gaming/office chair
  • Comfortable
  • Fairly good build quality
  • Quality PU leather
  • Nice looks
  • Fully adjustable armrests
  • Two cushions for lumber and neck support provided
  • Quality caster wheels
  • DIN EN 1335-1/2 certified
  • The maximum supported weight might be low for some users
  • The armrests should be covered with PU leather as well (or another material that looks nicer than what is currently used).
  • The area one sits in should be wider for "larger" users
We spend countless hours inside the office/lab every day, so naturally, a good chair is always appreciated. When it comes to investing a large sum into such a peripheral, no one should hesitate to do so since comfort and health are above all. It is better to spend more on a good chair than on an expensive CPU or GPU, at least in our opinion. An ergonomically designed chair can help prevent back problems or at least relieve those that already exist. In total, the Epic Gaming chair managed to cover all of our needs efficiently.

The indulgence these EPIC chairs offer is beyond dispute. Having a cool-looking chair like this one in the work or play area surely can make one feel distinct. The exquisite details, which might be small, but still catch the eye, play a key role in making the EPIC series chairs some of the more notable ones currently available for gaming and office use. Nonetheless, there is no perfect product, so there were several downsides we spotted to which we will refer below.

Epic chairs aren't designed for overweight users because of the 120 kg weight limit. noblechairs should also pay more attention to the side arms' coating. Since every other detail was taken care of with top-notch quality in mind, having the armrests made out of PU, which while of good quality still look cheap compared to the rest of the chair, is a downside in our book. The backrest should also be able to slide up and down as a part of the ergonomic design. We also didn't appreciate the misaligned middle sign as it is a fault a quality control check should normally catch. In an expensive chair like this one, you surely don't want to see such issues crop up.

If you don't like the black and red color scheme of our sample, there are five other models with different color combinations to choose from. All of them cost the same, so it is up to you to choose your ideal color combination. Compared to the leather edition of this model, which costs way more, we believe the PU leather version to be the best bang for the buck. Finally, we want to point out that money spent on peripherals that make gaming or even working a more comfortable experience is money well spent, which definitely makes noblechairs products worth a shot.
