ADATA Receives IATF 16949:2016 Certification
ADATA Technology, a leading manufacturer of high-performance DRAM modules and NAND Flash products, is pleased to announce that it has received IATF 16949 certification according to the IATF-16949:2016 International Automotive Quality Management System (QMS). The certification is acknowledged as the industry's highest standard of system and process quality for automotive suppliers.
The attainment of the IATF 16949:2016 certification is an affirmation of ADATA's commitment to offering products and solutions of the highest standards. ADATA is ready to facilitate the coming 5G evolution in the automotive industry with reliable and cost-effective solutions that will help enable the development of the Internet of Vehicle (IoV), including autonomous driving, smart parking, safe navigation, and collision avoidance among others.IATF (The International Automotive Task Force) is a collective of automotive manufacturers who have a common aim of providing high-quality products to automotive customers. IATF 16949 was jointly developed by IATF members and submitted to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for approval and publication. The document is a common automotive quality system requirement based on ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements from the automotive sector.
ADATA Technology is the world's second-largest vendor of DRAM memory modules, ranks among the top 20 international brands from Taiwan, and holds over 500 memory-related patents. ADATA Industrial is focused on serving industrial sectors, ranging from smart manufacturing and retail to automotive. It currently offers a full lineup of industrial-grade products, including various types of solid state drives, microSD cards, CF/CFast cards, and SATA DOMs. ADATA also offers DDR4 2666/3200 memory that have the advantages of high-speed transmissions and low latency, ideal for ensuring the safety and accuracy of IoV-related applications. ADATA Industrial products are not only designed to provide excellent performance but also durability and reliability with anti-sulfuration capabilities, conformal coating, and Power Loss Protection (PLP).
