Alphacool Announces a Pair of New AMD Radeon RX 6800 Series Products

Alphacool presents the Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-A block for the Radeon MSI RX 6800/6800 XT Gaming X Trio and the Radeon Sapphire RX 6800XT Nitro+ graphics cards. The blocks offer outstanding cooling performance thanks to the full cover design. The new backplate, which is included with the coolers, also contributes to this. This stabilizes the graphics card and ensures an even contact pressure of the cooler. The cold plates are made of solid nickel-plated copper. The coolers cover all relevant components such as voltage converters and the graphics memory.

I'm sure these cool great, but when it comes time to clean them getting all those o-rings back securely will be a nightmare.

If it warrants better flow and cooling performance I'm in. Especially when reviews show great OC potential for 6800.

Just by looking how complicated all those canals are, forget about low pressure drop.

Maybe you are right. I can't wait to read some proper reviews of this monoblock.

Good to see some blocks supporting custom 6800 series cards.
As the reference cards will stop production early 2021, this gives people option to go LC on custom cards.
On the other hand maybe it is easier to get a monolock than getting any 6800/6800XT at the moment.

I am personally going for EK on my reference 6800XT card.
My 6800XT from XFX arrived yesterday.
Hopefully EK can ship the block next week.

I have a 6800Xt on the way. I want to add it to my 420MM loop and replace one of my Vega 64s. Is there a specific part number for that part I can't seem to find it on the site,
