Archos adds wi-fi to it's PMP personal video recorder

The first version of the device, shown back in August, may not have looked pretty, but it certainly came loaded with features. The personal video recorder has a 30GB hard drive for music, video, and pictures. It also has a 4.3" LCD screen, and can record directly from a television. Archos has added wireless internet to the latest model, the PMP 604. Wireless access allows for users to see anything stored on their network, surf the web, and download new music, videos, or photos. Archos promises support for things like podcasts, music stores, and internet radio in a firmware update before Christmas.
