Checked GFE for this, turns out I'm already running 387.68 :/ My guess is this is the Insider Program's doing.

Bad desktop blinking after I installed this driver in a friends machine running a GTX770.
It's a clean install. Going back to previous version works just fine.

I'm not touching this release again.. Already had to scrub it from my system due to forced install through windows update.

Will test drive this driver later. As usual, will be give a simple breakdown on what's improved & what's not.
@mcborge u can disable Windows Update by disabling both BITS & Windows Update service... did that on my personal rig when I installed a fresh copy last year. Works like a charm.
