Stephen Hawking Has Died
Stephen Hawking, one of the brightest scientific minds of our time, has died. He was 76. The British theoretical physicist had overcome a debilitating disease to write some of the most popular books on the many mysteries of the universe, and had been regarded as the Einstein of this century. The greatest of Hawking's works include the unification of Einstein's theory of relativity with quantum mechanics. Hawking also discovered that black-holes can't be black, and emit radiation, which would come to be known as Hawking radiation

While Prof. Hawking did not believe in a being of great advancement and knowledge such as God or that the essence of who and what we are tranfers to another state of existence when our mortal body expires, I will still say this; Godspeed Prof. Stephen Hawking. You are hero to many and one of mine. This world is a lesser place without you!
I told him to go elsewhere. I don't think less of people who are religious until they force their views down your throat, like that.You misunderstood me. I meant people who think "atheists can't rest in peace" can stay out of this thread.
