Thermaltake Announces Argent Series Gaming Gear

Thermaltake, the leading PC DIY premium brand for Cooling, Gaming Gear, and Enthusiast Memory solutions, gladly introduces a new set of gaming gear, the Argent K5 RGB mechanical keyboard, Argent M5 RGB / M5 RGB wireless mouse, Argent MP1 RGB mouse pad, Argent MB1 RGB mouse bungee, Argent HS1 RGB headset stand, and the Argent H5 headsets.

With a new design concept, Argent K5 RGB Cherry MX Blue / MX Speed Silver Switch Keyboard is crafted with an integral aluminium faceplate and a streamlined space gray design. Along with the aluminium plating is the 360-degree RGB underglow that can switch among fourteen lighting effects creating a halo effect surrounding the keyboard itself. Cutting through the edge of the faceplate on the top right is the well-designed metal scroll wheel that allows users to control the volume by scrolling it forward or backwards or even mute the volume by slightly pressing the metal scroll wheel into the keyboard. Beneath the floating keycaps are the Cherry MX Blue or MX Speed Silver switches, which provides the most durable, precise, and responsive tactile feedback that would also run thirteen dynamic lighting effects. It also includes audio and USB pass-through ports, and a detachable magnetic wrist rest made out of synthetic leather for both functionality and comfort.
Enduring the same lighting design where there's a string of light circling the baseplate creates the same halo effects is the Argent M5 RGB wired mouse. Featuring the symmetrical design where both right-handers and left-handers are able to enjoy, the RGB light show between the scroll wheel and the TT Logo also brings balanced aesthetics. The fifty million click OMRON engineered switches, powerful pixart PMW-3389 optical sensor with up to 16000 DPI, allows users to enjoy their gaming experience effortlessly.

While the Argent M5 RGB wireless mouse does not include the same baseplate lighting, users can still see RGB effects through the scroll wheel and the TT logo that Argent M5 RGB wired mouse has. Keeping the same ambidextrous design and similar features, the Argent M5 RGB wireless mouse incorporates a pixart PMW-3335 optical sensor as a substitute. Users can use the Argent M5 RGB wireless mouse in three ways; users can choose to connect it with 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.0 or USB wired connection and charge the mouse while using it wired. Run up to 36 hours of battery lifetime with 2.4GHz connection and 52 hours with Bluetooth while keeping the RGB lights in the run.
As for the Argent MP1 RGB Mouse Pad, it is manufactured with an aluminium baseplate that creates a luxurious feeling. Coming again is the iconic design of this series, the lighting that goes parallel with the side of the baseplate, which again creates the same halo effects. It also has a non-slip rubber base and an optimized surface that will bring a balanced gameplay experience for the users.

The half-droplet shaped with a space gray color finish is the Argent MB1 RGB mouse bungee. It has a non-slip rubber base that can hold the wires of the mouse in place, creating an open space for users to travel their mouse and utilize the entire surface without wire entanglement. The base of the mouse bungee has a ring of the same RGB lighting that would reflect and glow as the other Argent series items.

The Argent HS1 RGB Headset Stand is a beautiful space gray color headset stand constructed by an aluminium holder and a non-slip rubberized base. The side of the aluminium holder comes with beautiful RGB lighting that would showcase eight dynamic lighting effects and can be customized through TT iTake gaming software. At the back of the headset stand, there is a cable holder for users to wrap their headset cables around it. Moreover, it features two USB 3.0 hubs and one 3.5 mm audio jack for the users to connect directly to the headset stand.

Last but not least are the Argent H5 headsets. The Argent H5 stereo, excluded the RGB lighting on the headset, features oversized 50 mm Hi-Res drivers that allow users to enjoy ultimate sound performance without distortion. It has a fifteen-level headband that can adjust to fit the user's head size perfectly. The other significant part about this headset is that users may travel with it effortlessly; the bi-directional microphone is detachable, the ear cups can swivel inward, and its light weight design all provide excellent portability.

In addition to the features mentioned above, the Argent H5 RGB surround has a ring of RGB on each side of the outer ear cups and the TT logos within the rings. It features oversized 50 mm Hi-Res drivers with DTS Headphone:X v2.0 virtual surround sound, maximizing the overall sound clarity for users. It also has a convenient in-line controller to adjust the balance between gaming sound and chat, DTS 7.1, microphone sound and mute options. As to the Argent H5 RGB Wireless, it has an oversized 40 mm Hi-Res driver with lossless 2.4 GHz wireless audio and the next generation DTS Headphone:X v2.0 surround sound, providing greater sound performance and low latency while going wireless. The bi-directional microphone is detachable, the ear cups can swivel inward, and the light-weighted designs provide excellent portability. At the back of the outer ear cups are the buttons that control sound, voice, and the lighting on TT logo. All of the Argent H5 headsets are multiplatform ready and can be used across PC, Xbox One, PS4, Mac, Mobile, or Nintendo Switch.

All of the products above except Argent H5 Stereo are all supported by the TT iTake software. iTake, the Thermaltake exclusive gaming gear controlling software, does not merely allow users to change display colors of the RGB lighting, but to sync all products together while granting access to set individual products' functions, such as setting up keyboard shortcuts or macros on the mouse. Moreover, users can SyncALL TT RGB PLUS compatible power, liquid cooling and case fan products with those Argent series supported by TT iTAKE for seamless color coordination of your ecosystem.

Availability
The Thermaltake Argent Series will be available for purchase in early August except for Argent H5 RGB surround/Argent H5 RGB wireless gaming headsets, which will be in September.
