Continental US is essentially business shorthand for "not Alaska and Hawaii," unfortunately. It's fairly understandable from a shipping point of view, since most carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) charge high rates in and out of AK/HI, but for USPS it's identical. Most people don't know that, though, so they just exclude us entirely. We're used to it. :)
Their doing another one before posting winners of the first or did they and I missed it ?
