HyperX Unveils First HyperX Webcam, Audio Mixer Plus Audio Interface and Spring-Loaded Microphone and Camera Arm

HyperX, the gaming peripherals team at HP Inc. and brand leader in gaming and esports, today announced the release of three new innovative products designed to elevate content development for gaming creators and streamers. The latest additions, HyperX Vision S Webcam, HyperX Audio Mixer Audio Interface and the first toolless spring-loaded microphone arm on the market, HyperX Caster, are joining HyperX's high-quality lineup of streaming products, including its ProCast XLR microphone and accessories. That mixer could have been nice at a lower price point but... I mean, it's up against more established mixers at near 200, and a way more affordable fifine mixer below 100.

Just the price points towards a complete waste of money, 200$ is way too much for a webcam, on that price range you can start thinking of a point and shoot camera with much higher quality and features. 4k is also a very stupid target to go after when the image will be both resized to a small corner of the screen and compressed by whatever service you're using. 1080 60fps should be the standard but even that is not that common with most stuff using 1080 30fps

the audio mixer could be more affordable, or add an version without XLR... for casual streamers without bells and whistles hardware...
