Thay may be tad weaker and have less emulation option and optimization, but they for sure have longer battery life
and if emulator is optimized and mature, youll be playing for long.
I would NOT buy this handheld over ODin 2 Portal, even if it has better soc, for starters i wont pay for ANY device that doesn't have OLED screen
its 2025, I dont care about IPS, give me OLED 10Bit with native HDR
Also for me personally, 7inch is the bare minimum for such handheld
Right now, ODIN 2 Portal does both, also ayane EVO [but more expensive]
Also, and people that understand Android will agree with me, with android emulation FASTER SOC doesn't mean its better or that it will be faster in everything.
What matters is MATURE SOC that HAS CUSTOM DRIVERS.
Odin 2 portal is has custom GPU drivers, its mature soc that emulators are optimized for.
The soc that comes with this console, doenst have any custom drivers, even its last gen version doesnt have any custom drivers
This is because they are not popular, if you make a handheld using SOC that widley used for mobile phones and its Snapdragon, it will have custom drivers [usually]
But all the other socs that tablet oriented or gaming handheld oriented, they not that popular so no custom drivers.
And if its not Snapdragon, then you screwed because they dont have any custom drivers for any models
