Akasa updates Eclipse case series - better cooling, new PSU clamp

We had a good close look at the Mirage-62, which is based on the same inner layout as the Eclipse case. Akasa has taken the original design and improved it at certain areas. The new Eclipse-62 V2 comes with two 120 mm fans for better, quieter cooling, an air vent on top of the case and a new adjustable clamp to secure the PSU to the top of the chassis. Look for the case at your favorite (r)etailer soon.

I remember long ago that one of the key features of a tower (I don't think it was called mini back then) was the fact that it had more spacious room over a desktop case. As the years go by I am seeing one of the vary opposite of what made this type of case so popular.

I'm not entirely keen on this chassis - the aesthetics just don't do anything for me. The front looks ugly and it's, well... boring and plain. If the cooling works well then, at least that's a plus.

Not overly a huge fan of Akasa but improved airflow is very nice indeed.

I never knew that Akasa makes pc cases, have had a few of their cpu coolers on my 939 boards they were OK.
