New Sapphire X1800 XT BIOS

Sapphire has released a new bios for their X1800 XT cards, which bumps the speed of the GPU from 625MHz to 700MHz and the memory from 750MHz to 800MHz. These new speeds are the intended setting for an X1800 XT PE. The great thing is, that every card should be able to handle the new bios.
