I got the same VGA card.. I have ch341a with a clip.. driver & software was installed.. but still need a corect bios.. its a 1024 or 1536 vram..?
I've tried to flash spi bios of my dead motherboard (m-flash update failure - no display) and its work..

Sincerely I have no idea how detect how much memory I have, GPU-Z can't detect the volume of memory, only I can tell that are 6 memory chips with 2Gb density from what are write on them. Also I tried some bios of 1 Gb, 1.5 Gb and 2Gb and Ti550 chip - (not flashing thru nvidia flash program, the Falcon program always stop) - using Ch341 clip, but without success... For the moment... I have no enough resources of bios, some .rom I was forced transform them on .bin for Ch341 clip...

Of course you can Find it all and download it at Tech Power Up.. check the Pic of GPU-Z.. you can see what BIOS version that I take..
The card has 6 chip ram.. same as yours.. if each 256 MB then I think all is 1536 MB but all bios file came with Artefak...
Only work at 1024 bios file
At pic detected as GTS 450 flashed with unverified Bios File (Galaxy).. got no subvendor..
I use one of Gigabyte bios.. got Artefak
I use Asus.. and thats the result..

For note I use CH341A programmer V.1.30
No command to write.. just cllick Erase chip-Blank check-Open the bios file- than Write... And Done..

I got this tool for only about $6.. (IDR 90.000) And now I can use again my blank motherboard and the "no driver" fake VGA

Well guys, problem solved, thnks to all... finally, after tried many bios, included the Asus one offered by Chloe Price, I found one from Point of View with 1,5 Gb memory and the same qualities of Ti 550... Here is the probe...

u can mod the bios (writing in the 800 900 clocks) using Nibitor. Then flash with nvflash as usual (dont even need to use spi flasher lol)

First of all: you must find in which type of video card is used your NVidia chip by brands, after you can search the site for bios starting by brand models with 1 Gb memory, brand by brand until you can have stable functionality of your fake card. After that you can try different bios for models that use your NVidia chip but with different memory quantity: 1,5 Gb, 2 Gb, 3 Gb, until you find a brand with stable bios... Success!...

you have to look for bios that is from card with gf116 and that uses same ELPIDA 1032 BBBG-50F memory.
and even then it might turn out you need to modify the bios in order to run the fake card properly.
