Frametime spikes and stuttering after switching to AMD CPU?

If your issue didn't happen on NVIDIA, its quite possibly a shader catching issue with the configuration of hardware being used. AMD and NVIDIA have different methods of compiling shaders.
i didnt switch my GPU i switched from Intel to AMD

but that extreme?
It will be extreme if you just updated the game or the drivers, it takes 3-4 games until Unreal Engine compiles all the shaders. Just look when the stutters occur: first time opening a chest, first time destroying a bush, first time using a shield potion etc. When you roam and do stuff around the map then the stutters will greatly subside.

the stutters happen all the time, just because im walking or driving around same in CS2 or Baldurs Gate 3, League of Legends.

Edit: What should i do now to fix this issue, how likely could it be that the Mainboard/CPU is causing these issues or my GPU

Yes, the problem with Fortinte is that it adds its own set of stutters on top of your already existing stutter issue, hence even if you eliminate your problem with stutters in other games Fortnite will exhibit some stutter still.

As others have suggested, focus on the storage driver and everything storage related since LatencyMon indicated a problem with that driver. I'd suggest to download SDIO tool https://www.glenn.delahoy.com/snappy-driver-installer-origin/ and post a screenshot of what drivers have an available update. Do not update any drivers before wee see what drivers need updating.

Friends of mine have 0 stutters in Fortnite.

What exactly is snappy driver installer?

would it also help if i just use one drive could that maybe fix the issue?

and if yes where should i put that 1 drive in

for wdf01000.sys try this: Nvidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings, and setting Low Latency Mode to "Ultra", and Power Management Mode to "Prefer Maximum Performance" it worked for others. Reducing latency to WDF01000.sys it might benefit storport.sys.

For storport.sys try disabling AMD cool and Quiet in BIOS.
However storport.sys high latency can show a problematic drive but, not necessarily a dying one.

Also try this command in CMD as admin:

chkdsk C: /f /r /x restart and wait for the scan to finish

Maybe, but which one? we don't know yet if your drives has issues or is something else.

Tried everything now nothing changed.

After that command i restarted my PC and it checked it i guess? but nothing came up

What i also realized is the stuttering gets even worse while watching cams or a livestream on discord or overall a video on youtube idk if that says something

I tried to remove 1 Drive I couldnt Boot into windows, seems Like Windows did put something onto my Second Drive while installing? It said that there was a file missing, im gonna reinstall Windows now only with one drive

Edit: Didnt help either so i just reinstalled windows for the third time without it helping in any way :D

For future try not to install windows with the secondary drive not plugged.

Have you ever tried installing a dTPM or discrete TPM? Installing a dTPM will disable the fTPM, and give you hardware security beyond which an fTPM provides like hardware tamper resistance. I have seen installing a dTPM as a workaround for stutters caused by AMD's fTPMs. According to a specification sheet for the B550 AORUS ELITE V2 at https://www.aorus.com/motherboards/B550-AORUS-ELITE-V2-rev-15/Specification , a Gigabyte GC-TPM20_S as seen in https://www.aorus.com/motherboards/GC-TPM20_S/Key-Features will fit your motherboard.

should I First try to disable it in bios? Since I don’t Need it Right now because im not using Windows 11

Edit: just tried it same stutters still happen

Don't do this. This is poor advice. The fTPM issue has been fixed for years, socket AM4 is not new and Zen 3 is now over 5 years old. Pretty much every bug that could be squashed already has been.

Disabling fTPM with Windows currently installed will, at the bare minimum, lock you out of your PC because Windows uses it to protect your user account credentials, requiring a reset (if you have a Microsoft account logged in), or fTPM to be reenabled anyway. If you have Bitlocker enabled, then it's going to invalidate your installation of Windows until the key is restored either manually or by enabling fTPM again.

Windows 7, 10, 11... it's an important component of security and Microsoft is enforcing it for a reason.

With a Ryzen 5600, you are probably not going to have a completely stutter-free experience in Fortnite, especially if you are running bog standard memory settings and everything of the sort - hardware just doesn't have the necessary muscle to do so. Lower your settings, enable DLSS/FSR, to improve the performance. Unreal Engine 5 games are very resource heavy.

if it was only Fortnite i wouldnt care its every game though

CS2
Overwatch 2
Baldurs Gate 3
Assetto Corsa
Elden Ring
and so on

Right. Since your BIOS is fully updated, the fTPM issue won't be affecting you. At this point, since you already reinstalled Windows, tried another RAM kit, etc. you've pretty much exhausted your options. Short of breadboarding and painstakingly rebuilding your PC part by part and carefully testing as you add components... now, I've had one very weird issue with Windows 11 once, back when it was new. Somewhat related, but absolutely extreme: the computer was completely unusable. Seemingly no fix. If you're on 11, try 10 on the same system. Same if you're on 10, try 11. Your license key should be the same, but before you activate Windows just give it a try, and see how it behaves there.

If that still doesn't work, I'd go out on a limb and say you probably have a dud CPU in some manner. Very rare, but can happen - easiest way to troubleshoot is seeing if another CPU shows the same symptoms, fortunately an AM4 CPU shouldn't be too hard to get a hold of and there are plenty of very low cost models compatible with your motherboard you can either buy or loan to test.

Would it be a good Idea to get a AM5 Setup and try that?

Can i be certain that this is not a GPU related Problem?

Edit: And yes i tried windows 11 and 10 Both didnt make a difference

It's very unlikely it's the GPU, but at this point anything is possible. But no, not a good idea to get an AM5 because you can't reuse any components from AM4, it requires DDR5 memory, whether that's for Ryzen 7000 or 9000 CPUs. Intel socket 1700 motherboards have DDR4 versions, and in both cases you'll need to buy new CPU and mobo. Not worth it.

To rule out GPU, try it on a friend's PC if possible, but I doubt it's the problem. These stutters can also happen due to power supply issues, but that is even rarer given the scale you're dealing with here and that there are no full system crashes as a symptom.

I know that i would need DDR5 Ram etc.

But im also worried that maybe the Mainboard could be the Problem here thats why i asked.

So what would be the Plan now get a New AM4 CPU?(If yes which one)

And what should i do after replacing the CPU if the problem still is present

Should i also reinstall Windows when getting a new CPU?

This is what my roller coaster looked like a few weeks ago when I tested my 9950X3D+X870E Hero...lol...

dunno if mentioned but have you any monitoring software running like hwinfo etc?, i had a stuttering issue and turned off the power monitoring on my nvidia gpu on hwinfo and the stutters went away immediately, it started when i changed from a 14700K to a 9800X3D, weird but now works perfect

i did disable that in afterburner i also tried completely uninstalling afterburner didnt help sadly

I tried my old GTX 1060 3GB now

Stutters:
0:01, 0:39, 1:17, 2:34

sadly really hard to see in the video, it seemed a little bit better but still not good is this just because the GPU was being used more?

Do you have resizeable BAR enabled?

Can you try disabling it to see if the stutters go away?
